REPUBLIC ACT NO. 2391 - AN ACT CONVERTING THE NORTHERN ANTIQUE HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CULASI, PROVINCE OF ANTIQUE, INTO A NATIONAL VOCATIONAL SCHOOL, AND AUTHORIZING THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. The Northern Antique High School located in the Municipality of Culasi, Province of Antique, is hereby converted into a national vocational school. The Secretary of Education is hereby empowered to reorganize said school accordingly.

SEC. 2. The sum of two hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the operation and maintenance of the said school during the fiscal year nineteen hundred sixty. Thereafter, the necessary appropriation for the operation and maintenance of school shall be included in the annual General Appropriation Acts.

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
