tric & Ico Plant Co. Inc.. v. The Collector of
Internal Revenue,G.R. Mo.L-9257 which invelvo
the oana questions ct law as those raised in the
case at her, and both parties herete hoving filed
separate sotions te dinmiss the petition for re-
viom, apparently to abide by the aforesaid oocision
of tho Supreae Court, the abovo-antitled case should
be, os it is hereby,diamissod. without pronounce-
ant as to costs.
SO ORDERED.
