TO : All Internal Revenue Officials, Employees and Others Concerned. ________________________________________________________________________ In addition to the requirements under the provisions of Section 4 (4.8) of RMO 23-2006, the following additional supporting documents are hereby required to be attached to the dockets of the cases for abatement, before the same are submitted to the Commissioner of Internal Revenue, through the Deputy Commissioner, Operations Group (Attention: The Assistant Commissioner, Collection Service), for the approval of the Termination Letter: Checklist of Requirements (Annex "E"), Evaluation Form (Annex "F") and the applicable documents indicated in the said checklist.
