REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8644 - AN ACT ESTABLISHING A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN BAGONG SILANG, KALOOKAN CITY, TO BE KNOWN AS KALAYAAN NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. There shall be established a national high school at Phase 10 in Bagong Silang, First District of Kalookan City, to be known as Kalayaan National High School.

SEC. 2. The Department of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act.

SEC. 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
