AUTHORIZING THE ATTENDANCE OF SELECTED SUPREME COURT AND COURT OF APPEALS ATTORNEYS ON THE SEMINAR-WORKSHOP ON SUBSTANTIVE LAW AND JURISPRUDENCE ON INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
