CASE No. 4500 entitled Singkong Trading & Omega Sea Transport Compan~ eta!., vs. Commissioner of Customs for failure to prosecute due to the absence of the counsel for the petitioners Singkong Trading, et al., the Court GRANTED respondent's motion and DISMISSED C.T.A. CASE No. 4500 for failure to prosecute. WHEREFORE, considering that the Petitions for Review in C.T.A. CASE Nos. 4492 and 4494 have been WITHDRAWN and C.T.A.
