However, the Court observes that in the caption of the case, the name of the accused is JIAN MIN WANG while in the body of the Information, the name is JIAN MING WANG. WHEREFORE, the prosecution is DIRECTED to clarify the discrepancy in the name of the accused and make the necessary amendment to the Information within five (5) days from notice. Upon receipt of the foregoing or lapse of the period provided, the Court shall act accordingly.
