SUBJECT : Amending Annex C and Annex F of RMO No. 45-2018 relative to the

Submission of Freedom of Information (FOI) Reports

This Order is being issued to amend Annex C (FOI Summary Report) and Annex F (Consolidated FOI Summary Report) prescribed in Revenue Memorandum Order No. 45-2018 directing the Submission of the Freedom of information (F0!) Reports pursuant to FOI Memorandum Circular No. 1 s. 2018 issued by the Presidential Communications Operations Office (Pcoo).

The revised Annex C and Annex F are attached herewith for the information and compliance of all concerned.

This Order shall take effect immediately.
