Attached, for your reference and guidance, is a copy of the letter dated December 28, 1994 of Export Processing Zone Authority Administrator Tagumpay R. Jardiniano, advising that Mr. HIPOLITO M. BAUTISTA, Acting Industrial Zone Manager, is an authorized approving signatory on all import/export documents and other related matters for all enterprises located at the First Cavite Industrial Estate, Special Export Processing Zone, Dasmariñas, Cavite, and submitting the specimen signatures of said officer.
