REPUBLIC ACT NO. 6261 - AN ACT CREATING A NEW POSITION OF MUNICIPAL JUDGE IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAN FERNANDO, PROVINCE OF LA UNION.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. There is hereby created a new position of municipal judge in the Municipality of San Fernando, Province of La Union.

Within thirty days from the approval of this Act, the appointment to the new position shall be made.

SEC. 2. There is hereby appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of forty thousand pesos or so much thereof as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act.

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
