TO : THE BRANCH CLERKS OF COURT OF THE REGIONAL TRIAL COURT AND THE MUNICIPAL TRIAL COURT IN CITIES IN CEBU CITY

SUBJECT : DIALOGUE BETWEEN THE COURT OF APPEALS AND THE BRANCH CLERKS OF COURT OF THE REGIONAL TRIAL COURT AND THE MUNICIPAL TRIAL COURT IN CITIES IN CEBU CITY ON 2 JUNE 2016 AT THE WHITE GOLD HOUSE, NORTH RECLAMATION AREA, CEBU CITY

The Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) Cebu City Chapter will conduct a dialogue between the Court of Appeals and the Branch Clerks of Court of the Regional Trial Court and the Municipal Trial Court in Cities in Cebu City on 2 June 2016, 11:30 A.M., at the White Gold House, North Reclamation Area, Cebu City. To be discussed are the problems encountered in the transmittal of records which have affected the disposition of appealed cases in the Court of Appeals.

All concerned Branch Clerks of Court of the Regional Trial Court and the Municipal Trial Court in Cities in Cebu City are authorized to attend the dialogue on OFFICIAL TIME, provided that there is prior permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and no disruption of the court calendar.

Atty. Hidelito S. Pascual, President of IBP Cebu City Chapter, shall submit to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator, a report on the conduct of the dialogue with a complete list of all court personnel who attended, within ten (10) days from the conclusion thereof.

This circular amends OCA Circular No. 50-2016 dated 12 February 2016.
