Promulgated: RESOLUTION On September 28, 2009, the Court promulgated a Resolution, to wit: "WHEREFORE, Asst. City Prosecutor Suwerte L. Orfrecio- Gonzales is hereby ORDERED to comply with the August 4, 2009 Resolution, within a final and non-extendible period of five (5) days from receipt of this Resolution. Fail not under penalty of law. SO ORDERED." Records show that the above-quoted Resolution was received by the Office of the City Prosecutor, Records Division, City of Manila, on October 4, 2009. However, up to date, Asst. City Prosecutor Suwerte L. Orfrecio-Gonzales has not yet complied with the above-cited Resolution.
