TO : All Banks and Non-Bank Financial Institutions with Quasi-Banking Functions
The Monetary Board, in its Resolution No. 1192 dated December 1, 1994, authorized the establishment and operation of AMBER DEVELOPMENT BANK as a Thrift Bank.
The Certificate of Authority to operate was signed/issued by the Governor on May 13, 1996.
The bank started operations on June 3, 1996.
