REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7548 - AN ACT EXPANDING AND UPGRADING THE MALAY MUNICIPAL HOSPITAL IN BARANGAY BALUSBUS, MUNICIPALITY OF MALAY, PROVINCE OF AKLAN, FROM A TEN-BED CAPACITY MUNICIPAL HOSPITAL TO A TWENTY-FIVE-BED CAPACITY DISTRICT HOSPITAL, TO BE KNOWN AS THE MALAY DISTRICT HOSPITAL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. The Malay Municipal Hospital in Barangay Balusbus, Municipality of Malay, Province of Aklan, is hereby expanded and upgraded from a ten-bed capacity municipal hospital to a twenty-five-bed capacity district hospital, to be known as the Malay District Hospital.

SEC. 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
