SUBJECT

: EXECUTIVE COUNCIL MEETING OF THE CLERAP

The National Officers of the Court Legal Researchers Association of the Philippines (CLERAP) shall have their Executive Council Meeting on 23 February 2001, Friday, at the Hall of Justice Bldg., Iloilo City.

Upon request of the President of the CLERAP, the CLERAP National Officers are hereby authorized to attend the Executive Council Meeting on official time, subject to prior written permission of their respective Executive Judges and/or Presiding Judges.

A complete report on the attendance at the Executive Council Meeting shall be submitted by the CLERAP National Secretary to the Office of the Court Administrator within ten (10) days from adjournment of the said meeting.
