REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7827 - AN ACT SEPARATING THE MALABON MUNICIPAL HIGH SCHOOL, TINAJEROS ANNEX SITUATED IN BARANGAY TINAJEROS, FROM THE MALABON MUNICIPAL HIGH SCHOOL SITUATED IN BARANGAY HULONG-DUHAT, ALL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MALABON, METRO MANILA, INTO A SEPARATE AND INDEPENDENT NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

AN ACT SEPARATING THE MALABON MUNICIPAL HIGH SCHOOL, TINAJEROS ANNEX SITUATED IN BARANGAY TINAJEROS, FROM THE MALABON MUNICIPAL HIGH SCHOOL SITUATED IN BARANGAY HULONG-DUHAT, ALL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MALABON, METRO MANILA, INTO A SEPARATE AND INDEPENDENT NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. The Malabon Municipal High School, Tinajeros Annex situated in Barangay Tinajeros is hereby separated from the Malabon Municipal High School situated in Barangay Hulong-Duhat, all in the Municipality of Malabon, Metro Manila, and shall operate independently under the supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports, and be known as the Tinajeros National High School.

SEC. 2. The amount necessary for the implementation of this Act shall be charged against the current year's appropriations of the Malabon National High School, Tinajeros Annex. Thereafter, such sums as may be necessary for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
