REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8624 - AN ACT ESTABLISHING A TRADE SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAN AGUSTIN, PROVINCE OF ROMBLON, TO BE KNOWN AS THE SAN AGUSTIN NATIONAL TRADE SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. There is hereby established, a trade school in the Municipality of San Agustin, Province of Romblon, which shall be known as the San Agustin National Trade School.
SEC. 2. The establishment, operation and maintenance of said trade school shall be placed under the control and supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports.
SEC. 3. The trade school shall offer a secondary course to prepare its graduates for higher trade, vocational or technical courses.
SEC. 4. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
SEC. 5. This Act shall take effect immediately upon its approval.
