REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES DEPARIMENT OF FINANCE BUREAU OF INTERNAL REVENUE Quezon City October 13,2021 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. /06- EO AI SUBJECT : Circularizing the Updated List of Accredited Microfinance TO Non-Government Organizations (NGOs) : All Internal Revenue Officers, Employees and Others Concerned For the information and guidance of all intemal revenue officers, employees and others concemed, we are publishing herein the attached "Updated List of Microfinance NGOs Accredited by the Microfinance NGO Regulatory Council (MNRC) as of August 2021". Under the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act (RA) No. 10693, otherwise known as the "Microfinance NGOs Act", a Certificate of Accreditation shall be valid for a period of three (3) years from the date of issuance, unless earlier revoked by the MNRC.
