REPUBLIC ACT NO. 1319 - AN ACT CREATING THE BARRIO OF SAN JOSE, MARICABAN ISLAND, MUNICIPALITY OF BAUAN, PROVINCE OF BATANGAS.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. The sitio of Pinagcurusan in the barrio of Maricaban and the sitio of Pinagcurusan in the barrio of Tingloy in the Island of Maricaban, Municipality of Bauan, Province of Batangas, are separated from said barrios and constituted into a separate and independent barrio of said municipality, to be known as the barrio of San Jose.

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
