AN ACT CREATING A CERTAIN BARRIO IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF GINGOOG, PROVINCE 0F MISAMIS ORIENTAL.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. The sitio of Malibod, Municipality of Gingoog, Province of Misamis Oriental, is converted into a barrio of said municipality to be known as the barrio of Malibod.

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
