REPUBLIC ACT NO. 2200 - AN ACT CONSTITUTING THE SITIOS OF BOBOWA AND INAKARAN INTO BARRIO LIBERTAD, SITIOS CAMPO UNO AND CAMPO DOS INTO BARRIO STO. NIÑO, SITIOS BALOGO, HAGUMAYAN AND HUBAS INTO BARRIO BALOGO, SITIOS GUINODIONGAN AND PANGDAN INTO BARRIO GUINODIONGAN, ALL OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF CAPOOCAN, PROVINCE OF LEYTE.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. The sitios of Bobowa and Inakaran are constituted into Barrio Libertad, sitios Campo Uno and Campo Dos into Barrio Sto. Niño, sitios Balogo, Hagumayan and Hubas into Barrio Balogo, sitios Guinodiongan and Pangdan into Barrio Guinodiongan, all of the Municipality of Capoocan, Province of Leyte.

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
