REPUBLIC ACT NO. 4737 - AN ACT CREATING BARRIO TIBAGIN IN ANGELES CITY

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. Sitio Tibagin in Angeles City is hereby converted into a distinct and independent barrio of the said city, to be known as Barrio Tibagin.

SEC. 2. The first officials of said barrio shall be appointed by the President alone and shall hold office until their successors shall have been elected in the next election of barrio officials and shall have qualified.

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
