Attached for your reference and guidance is the letter of EPZA Administrator Tagumpay R. Jardiniano dated March 8, 1993 advising of the designation of Mr. Nilo B. Diaz, Industrial Zone Manager and Ms. Perlita P. Suriaga, Enterprise Services Officer III of Laguna Technopark, Inc. — SEPZ, Biñan, Laguna, as approving signatories on all import/export permits and other related documents for all enterprises located thereat. Specimen signatures of Mr. Diaz and Ms. Suriaga are given in the said letter.
