TO : ALL LOCAL PRESIDENTS OF THE PHILIPPINE ASSOCIATION OF COURT EMPLOYEES (PACE) FOR REGIONS IX, X, CARAGA AND ARMM

SUBJECT :

ORGANIZATIONAL MEETING ON JUNE 17, 2011 AT THE RTC HALL OF JUSTICE, DIPOLOG CITY

The local presidents of the Philippine Association of Court Employees (PACE) for Regions IX, X, CARAGA and ARMM will hold their organizational meeting on June 17, 2011 at the RTC Hall of Justice, Dipolog City.

All concerned are authorized to attend the meeting on OFFICIAL TIME provided that there is prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar.

Atty. Virginia R. Coloma-Rafael, National President of the Association, shall submit a report to the Court Management Office, OCA, within ten (10) days from the conclusion of the meeting.
