REPUBLIC ACT NO. 4773 - AN ACT INCREASING THE BED CAPACITY OF THE SAMAR PROVINCIAL HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CATBALOGAN, PROVINCE OF SAMAR, TO ONE HUNDRED BEDS AND AUTHORIZATION THE APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS THEREFOR.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. The bed capacity of Samar Provincial Hospital in the Municipality of Catbalogan, Province of Samar, is hereby increased to one hundred beds.

SEC. 2. The sum of two hundred thousand pesos is hereby authorized to be appropriated, out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the operation and maintenance of said hospital during the fiscal year nineteen hundred sixty-seven. Thereafter, such sum as may be needed for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
