On September 15,2014, the Court issued a Resolution allowing an additional five (5) days for the prosecution to comply. On October 7, 2014, the Court allowed another extension, giving the special prosecutor until October 7, 2014 and the public prosecutor until October 8, 2014 to comply. Again, on October 14, 2014, the Court allowed another extension for the public prosecutor to comply until October 17, 2014, with warning that no further extensions will be allowed. On October 17, 2014, public prosecutor filed yet another "Motion for Additional Extension of Time."

RESOLUTION CTA Crim. Case No. 0-418 The Court finds no merit in allowing an extension when it has already been lenient with the prosecution.
