Christine F. Avellano, appeared. Counsel for petitioner, Atty. ian B. Lapinid, fail ed to appear despite notice . Records show that this case, upon motion of respondent's counsel, was dismissed on November 11 , 2010 for failure of petitioner's counsel to appear on said hearing date, despite notice . Records further show that counsel for petitioner filed on December 6, 2010 a Motion for Reconsideration of the Resolution dated November 11 , 2010 , which was granted on January 21, 2011 , and the case was reinstated. Again in today's hearing , petitioner's counsel fail ed to appear, despite notice. Upon these grounds, counsel for respondent moved that the case be dismissed for failure to prosecute. Finding merit in the motion , the same is hereby GRANTED.
