Rosa, Laguna), 0 2011 ,' (3 : 09pi'T'\ � Accused. x- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - RESOLUTION In the Resolution dated December 01, 2010, the prosecution was ordered to submit within five (5) days from notice a copy of the DOJ Resolution finding probable cause against accused for purposes of filing the instant case with the Court, as well as the complete record of the preliminary investigation conducted for that purpose, with warning of dismissal in case of non-compliance. In the meantime, the determination of the existence of probable cause for the issuance of a Warrant of Arrest was held in abeyance.

Resolut ion C. T.A. Crim. Case No. 0-187 More than a month had lapsed from receipt of the Resolution on December 1, 2010, still there is no compliance on the part of the prosecution .
