Republic of the Philippines Department of Finance BUREAU OF INTERNAL REVENUE Quezon City January 30, 2013 REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR No. 14-2013 SUBJECT : Missing Four (4) unused sets of BIR Form No. 2524- Revenue Official Receipt TO : All Internal Revenue Officials, Employees and Others Concerned ______________________________________________________________________________ _ Notice is hereby given of the missing four (4) unused sets of BIR Form No. 2524 � Revenue Official Receipt (ROR) bearing the following serial numbers: ROR201103934047-ROR201103934050 The abovementioned forms were reported missing by Mr. Lauro Domingo Patoc, Revenue Collection Officer, Revenue District Office No. 13, Revenue Region No. 3, Tuguegarao City, and have consequently been cancelled. All official transactions involving the use of said forms are therefore considered as INVALID. Internal Revenue officials, employees and others concerned are requested to promptly notify this Office in the event that the aforesaid forms are found and to take the necessary measures to prevent the improper or fraudulent disposition or use of the same.
