AN ACT AMENDING GROUP III, PARAGRAPH "ah," FOR MOUNTAIN PROVINCE, SECTION THREE OF REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED FOURTEEN HUNDRED ELEVEN, BY ADDING THERETO A NEW ITEM TO BE KNOWN AS ITEM (49).

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. Group III, paragraph "ah," for Mountain Province, Section three of Republic Act Numbered Fourteen hundred eleven is amended by adding thereto the following new item:

"(49) Namilangan Barrio School building, Potia—

Construction of three rooms P6, 000.00."

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
