SUBJECT :

NATIONAL CONVENTION/ELECTIONS AND SEMINAR ON AUGUST 14, 15, and 16 2003 at the CENTURY PARK HOTEL, MANILA

The Philippine Judges Association will hold its National Convention/Elections and Seminar on August 14, 15 and 167 2003 at the Century Park Hotel, Manila.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend the said affair on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS chargeable to local funds if authorized and available but they should see to it that the court calendar is properly managed and parties are notified in advance of any canceled hearing.

A complete report on the attendance shall be submitted within ten (10) days from date of said affair.
