Bilongilot appeared as counsel for the respondent, while Atty. Sarah Jane C. Macahilas, counsel for the petitioner failed to appear despite due notice. Petitioner likewise failed to appear despite due notice. Upon motion of Atty. Bilongilot, for petitioner's failure to appear in today's pre-trial conference despite due notice, as well as for failure to file pre-trial brief, the motion to dismiss is granted. Accordingly, the instant Petition for Review is DISMISSED. All other incidents pending before this Court are deemed mooted in view of the dismissal of the petition. SO ORDERED.
