AN ACT TO AMEND PROJECT NUMBER (B-224.79), PAGE 464-A, APPENDIX (A), TITLE (B) OF REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED SIXTEEN HUNDRED AND THIRTEEN.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
SECTION 1. Project Number (B-224.79), page 464-A, Appendix (A), Title (B) of Republic Act Numbered Sixteen hundred and thirteen is amended to read as follows:
B-224.79: Tiniclan Creek: GOB:(50.00):(50.00):(50.00):::::1::: To Bridge Mina-Talebong-Nabitasan Road, Pototan To replace temporary bridge with permanent one
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
