TO : All Authorized Agent Banks and To All Concerned
Further to our Circular-Letter dated May 16, 1994 (photocopy attached), all carbonized debit/credit tickets/advices and security papers used by the defunct Foreign Exchange Operations and Investments Department of the then Central Bank of the Philippines are considered obsolete and you are therefore advised not to honor the transactions typed on said documents.
Likewise, please do not accept/negotiate CBP U.S. Currency drafts with numbers from 07001 to 32000 since they also are now considered obsolete.
