AUTHORIZING THE PARTICIPATION OF SELECTED REGIONAL TRIAL COURT JUDGES OF THE SIXTH, SEVENTH AND EIGHTH JUDICIAL REGIONS IN THE SEMINAR-WORKSHOP ON THE SPECIAL RULES OF COURT ON ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION

The Philippine Judicial Academy CPHILJA) will conduct a Seminar-Workshop on the Special Rules of Court on Alternative Dispute Resolution from April 12-14, 2011 at the Montebello Villa Hotel, Cebu City.

Attendance at this Seminar shall be MANDATORY and on OFFICIAL BUSINESS . Travel expenses to and from the seminar site will be reimbursable after submission of the required documents.

The participating fudges should see to it that their respective court calendars are properly managed and the parties notified in advance of any cancelled hearing.

Formal business attire is required. No companion and substitution of participants shall be allowed.
