Objective : To facilitate the proper identification and monitoring of Payments for One- Time Amnesty Tax pursuant to Revenue Memorandum Circular No. 29-2007 and for Integrated Tax System purposes, the following ATC is hereby created: KIND OF TAX ISSUANCE/ BIR ATC Miscellaneous Taxes LEGAL BASIS/ FORM - Payment for One-Time Amnesty on REASONS NO. Certain Tax and Duty Liabilities RMC No. 29-2007 0616 MC290 Incurred by Certain Business Enterprises Operating Within the Special Economic Zones and Freeports II. Repealing Clause : This Revenue Memorandum Order revises portions of all other issuances inconsistent herewith. III. Effectivity : This Revenue Memorandum Order shall take effect immediately.
