REPUBLIC ACT NO. 5230 - AN ACT AMENDING REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED THIRTY-SIX HUNDRED AND TWENTY-ONE, ENTITLED "AN ACT TO PROVIDE FOR TWO SCHOOL DIVISIONS IN THE PROVINCE OF CAGAYAN."

AN ACT AMENDING REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED THIRTY-SIX HUNDRED AND TWENTY-ONE, ENTITLED "AN ACT TO PROVIDE FOR TWO SCHOOL DIVISIONS IN THE PROVINCE OF CAGAYAN."

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. Section one of Republic Act Numbered Thirty-six hundred and twenty-one is amended to read as follows:

"SECTION 1. There shall be two school divisions in the Province of Cagayan. The first school division shall comprise the municipalities in the first congressional district and the second school division shall comprise the municipalities in the second congressional district with office in the Municipality of Solana."

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
