Effective immediately, pursuant to United Nations Security Council Resolution No. 757 (1992), as advised by the Secretary of Foreign Affairs in his letter to the Central Bank dated June 3, 1992, Authorized Agent Banks are hereby enjoined not to give due course until further notice, to any application involving imports from or exports to any person or body in the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia (Serbia and Montenegro).
