REPUBLIC ACT NO. 6944 - AN ACT CHANGING THE NAME OF THE SAN ENRIQUE AGRICULTURAL COLLEGE IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAN ENRIQUE, PROVINCE OF ILOILO, TO SAN ENRIQUE POLYTECHNIC COLLEGE

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. In keeping with its sound operations, the name of the San Enrique Agricultural College is hereby changed into a polytechnic college to be known as the San Enrique Polytechnic College.

SEC. 2. The funds required for the implementation of this Act shall be charged to the budget for the SY 1988-1989 of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports allocated for San Enrique Agricultural College.

SEC. 3. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in a newspaper of general circulation.
