BAUTISTA ANGELO, J.:
Appeal from a judgment of the Court of First Instance of Basilan City acquitting appellants of the crime of arsons, but convicting them of murder and frustrated murder, and sentenced as follows: for the crime of murder, to suffer the indeterminate sentence of not less than 12 years and 1 day to not more than 20 years of reclusion temporal, to indemnify the heirs of deceased in the amount of P3,000, and to pay the costs; for the crime of frustrated murder, the indeterminate sentence of not less than 6 years and 1 day to not more than 12 years of prision mayor, and to pay the costs.
