REPUBLIC ACT NO. 4509 - AN ACT TO AMEND A CERTAIN ITEM IN REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED THIRTY-EIGHT HUNDRED AND FORTY-SIX REGARDING THE CONSTRUCTION OF A HYDRO-ELECTRIC PLANT IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BADIAN, PROVINCE OF CEBU.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. Item 3, page 510, Listing B, Group II, Section two of Republic Act Numbered Thirty-eight hundred and forty-six (Short-term Rural Progress Projects Under Socio-Economic Program), is amended to read as follows:

"3. Hydro-Electric Plant, Barrio Basak, Badian.

Construction, improvement and/or

repair ............................................................. P205,000.00."

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
