Director (ARD),Revenue Region No.18-South Central Mindanao,on May 4-29,2026 and in order not to disrupt the operations of RR No.18, as the exigencies of the service so require,Ms. SHIRLEY S.PANES-RUIZ,Chief,Legal Division is hereby designated to perform the power and duties of Assistant Regional Director on all matters, except the following:

1. Letter of Authority; 2.Mission Order 4. Final Assessment Notice/Formal Letter of Demand (FAN/FLD) 5.Final Decision on Disputed Assessment (FDDA) 6. Authority to Issue Refund 7.Subpoena Duces Tecum 8. Tax Clearance other than for bidding purposes; and 9.Authority to Cancel Assessment (ATCA) for purposes of availment of tax amnesty

This Order shall take effect on May 4,2026 and shall be automatically revoked upon the return of Assistant Regional Director Abolhasan S. Balindong for official duty
