REPUBLIC ACT NO. 5150 - AN ACT CREATING ONE ADDITIONAL POSITION OF ASSISTANT PROVINCIAL FISCAL FOR THE PROVINCE OF ANTIQUE, AMENDING FOR THE PURPOSE SECTION SIXTEEN HUNDRED SEVENTY-FOUR OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE CODE, AS AMENDED.

AN ACT CREATING ONE ADDITIONAL POSITION OF ASSISTANT PROVINCIAL FISCAL FOR THE PROVINCE OF ANTIQUE, AMENDING FOR THE PURPOSE SECTION SIXTEEN HUNDRED SEVENTY-FOUR OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE CODE, AS AMENDED.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. Section sixteen hundred seventy-four of the Administrative Code, as amended, relative to the number of assistant provincial fiscals in the Province of Antique, is further amended to read as follows:

"Antique, two assistant provincial fiscals." SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
