REPUBLIC ACT NO. 3053 - AN ACT PROVIDING MINIMUM COMPENSATION FOR CERTAIN MEMBERS OF THE CITY POLICE FORCE OF THE CITY OF CEBU, AMENDING FOR THE PURPOSE SECTION THIRTY-FIVE OF COMMONWEALTH ACT NUMBERED FIFTY-EIGHT.

AN ACT PROVIDING MINIMUM COMPENSATION FOR CERTAIN MEMBERS OF THE CITY POLICE FORCE OF THE CITY OF CEBU, AMENDING FOR THE PURPOSE SECTION THIRTY-FIVE OF COMMONWEALTH ACT NUMBERED FIFTY-EIGHT.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. Section thirty-five of Commonwealth Act Numbered Fifty-eight is amended by adding at the end thereof the following new paragraph:

"The following members of the City Police Force shall receive minimum compensation at the following rates:

"Patrolmen and Patrolmen Detectives

P2,160.00 per annum

"Corporals and Corporal Detectives

2,280.00 per annum

"Sergeants and Sergeant Detectives

2,400.00 per annum

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
