ORIGINAL ACTION IN THE SUPREME COURT FOR THE RECOVERY OF CHURCH PROPERTY.—This case is similar to case of Roman Catholic Church vs. Municipal of Tarlac, etc., (9 Phil. Rep., 450), which is followed. Possession awarded to plaintiffs.
