Parico, on December 21, 2009, and received by this Court on January 7, 2010, praying for additional time of twenty (20) days from December 18, 2009 or until January 7, 2010, to comply with the Court's Resolution dated December 3, 2009 1, due to time constraint, is hereby DENIED considering that the extension period requested had already lapsed without the required comp liance by the prosecution. 1 The resol ution directed State Prosecutor Ma. Cristina G.
