REPUBLIC ACT NO. 9251 - AN ACT RENAMING THE PADRE BURGOS-AGDANGANAN-UNISAN-PITOGO-MACALELON-GENERAL LUNA-CATANAUAN-MULANAY-SAN FRANCISCO-SAN ANDRES-SAN NARCISO-BUENAVISTA NATIONAL ROAD IN BONDOC PENINSULA IN THE PROVINCE OF QUEZON AS THE MIGUEL SUAREZ HIGHWAY

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in the Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. The Padre Burgos-Agdangan-Unisan-Pitogo-Macalelon-General Luna-Catanauan-Mulanay-San Francisco-San Andres-San Narciso-Buenavista National Road in Bondoc Peninsula in the Province of Quezon shall hereafter be known as the Miguel Suarez Highway.

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

This Act which originated in the House of Representatives was finally passed by the House of Representatives and the Senate on September 10, 2003 and November 24, 2003, respectively.
