At the bearing of said manifestation and motion on June 21, 1977, respondent's counsel confirmed and admitted the said payment and moved for the withdrawal of his motion for execution filed on April 27, 1977 . AS PRAYED FOR1 the Court hereby orders an entry of satisfaction of judgment pursuant to Section 47r Rule 39 o~ the Revised Rules of Court# and grants the withdrawa l of respondent�s motion for execution .
