AN ACT TO AMEND ITEM (41), PAGE 209, PARAGRAPH c, TITLE A—BUILDINGS, SECTION FOUR OF REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED SIXTEEN HUNDRED THIRTEEN.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

SECTION 1. Item (41), page 209, paragraph c , Title A—Buildings, Section four of Republic Act Numbered Sixteen hundred thirteen is amended to read as follows:

"(41) New Tanauan Municipal Building, Tanauan, Batangas—

Construction and/or improvement P100, 000.00."

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

Enacted without Executive approval, June 19, 1960.
