SUBJECT:

2 ND NATIONAL CONVENTION ON OCTOBER 12-14, 2005 AT THE BUENOS AIRES MOUNTAIN RESORT, BAGO CITY, NEGROS OCCIDENTAL

The Court Librarians Association of the Philippines, Inc. (CLAPHIL) will hold its 2 nd National Convention on October 12-14, 2005 at the Buenos Aires Mountain Resort, Bago City, Negros Occidental.

All concerned are hereby authorized to attend said convention on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS chargeable to local funds is authorized and available, provided that there is prior written permission from the Executive Judge/Presiding Judge and there shall be no disruption of the court calendar. Ms. Namnama L. Lopez, National President of the Association shall submit to this Office a report on the attendance within ten (10) days from the date of the seminar.
